Policies

In an effort to respect my time and yours, and keep everyone healthy, I have put into place some policies. I respectfully ask that you honor these policies with your upcoming appointment. 

 

  1. If you are running late please notify me. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule you or may not have time to complete the entire service.

  2. Please give me at least a 24 hour notice before canceling or rescheduling your appointment so I can fill your spot. Failure to do so may result in a last minute cancelation fee of $25.

  3. No call no show for your appointment will result in a $25 cancellation fee and require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of requested service in order to book with me again. 

  4. Due to my small studio space, please arrive alone for your appointment, unless previously discussed.

  5. I also respectfully ask that you do not bring your children unless they are receiving a service, or we have previously discussed it. My studio is small and I have chemicals, hot tools and sharp objects in the area. Color services often take a few hours. If you are unable to find a babysitter we may have to reschedule.

 

If you are unable to abide by these policies we unfortunately may not be able to book you for future appointments. 

 

*Fees are waived to to inclement weather or illness
