1. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • 24-Hour Notice: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. A fee of 25% of the service price will apply for last-minute cancellations.

  • Late Arrivals: If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may only be able to perform a partial service or we may need to reschedule your appointment to a later time.

2. Health & Safety

  • Sickness: If you’re feeling unwell, please let me know as soon as possible. I’ll waive the cancellation fee if you inform me ahead of time, but I won’t be able to reschedule you until my next available opening.

  • Coming to Your Appointment Sick: For the safety and well-being of all clients, if you arrive at your appointment sick, I will automatically need to reschedule your service. No exceptions will be made.

3. Visitors & Children

  • Appointments: Please come to your appointment alone unless we have previously discussed otherwise. My space is small, and visitors or children may have to wait elsewhere.

​

  • Children: If you bring a child who cannot wait elsewhere, we may need to reschedule your appointment. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
